Though this Blue Tree Towers is rated 3.5 stars, It's overrated. The suite has a decent floorplan, though modestly sized. However, the furniture was not only minimalistic, it was also worn down to the point of showing holes in the office chair. There was only a small loveseat and a single chair at the breakfast table. The bedroom was the only well kept room and the queen bed was nicely appointed and dressed. The kitchen faucet was dripping quite a bit. The shower temperature was just tepid, though the water at the sink was hot. The breakfast was OK, with few choices and in a rather dark room. Overall, there are better choices in town at this price level.

Very well centrally located. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was great but wouldn't recommend dinner. Staff are very stoic but nice. The hotel is great for a weekend trip but not long term. The rooms are old and generic. No smart TVs and small. Air conditioning sometimes work and when activated is very loud. The bathroom is somewhat clean except for the shower. The shower floor is always dirty with black stains. Bring shower sandals. Towels are old. The beds are comfortable. The sheets and pillows are fine. The bedroom however has insects that may be coming from behind the headboard. They are very small and I assume do not bite. I don't think they're bed bugs. You won't notice them unless you search. I really like that they have a laundry room which is hard to find in some hotels in São Paulo. If you want to stay here longer than a weekend, I recommend Airbnb instead.

Great hotel nice location in Santo André.
Great hotel and location very nice area in Santo André. the hotel offer a small kitchen area but in my opinion is useless no microwave, no coffee maker or utensils. If they didn’t have a kitchen would make more sense. Also If you like cozy towels bring your own because their towels have poor quality. Other than that definitely is a great hotel. I would definitely stay here again. I hope it helps 😊

Rooms were not as nice as advertised. No microwave as described, excellent breakfast each morning. Toilet flush very weak. TV very small and unimpressive programming

Extremely satisfied once again!!! The only thing I would change is the room decor, is there than that all is great. I have travel a bit and I can say that the most clean and well done bed is at blue tree

My hotel of choice in the Santo Andre area
I travel to this area two or three times per year and always stay in the Blue Tree because the windows open and they have a balcony in the room. I really enjoy the fresh air at night. The breakfast buffet is quite acceptable and the desk staff is very good. I will say that any time I have visited, including this time, they always manage to skip my room for cleaning on one or two days. Also, the replenishment of towels, soaps, etc. is inconsistent. And, on this occasion, my wife and I wanted to use the pool for a swim and were told by the front desk that we needed to use our room towels at the pool. This makes no sense as we then had chlorine-smelling towels to shower when we returned to the room. All in all, though, this is the best hotel in the area and is in a very good location - safe for walking at night and close to ABC Shopping Mall.

Central location in Santo Andre.
We spent seven nights over two stays during our recent trip to Brasil. The hotel's central location works for us and the hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced.

Great location and well maintained hotel
My stay at Blue Tree is always pleasant, room always clean, safe area, walking distance from mall (one block), option of a van to take you to the gym and mall. Breakfast has fresh fruits and a variety of food. Employees are nice and helpful.

Hotel in need of new furnishing
I was attending a wedding in Santo André and stayed in blue tree hotel for two nights. The room was big with a separate living room and kitchette but the furnishing was very dated. There was no complimentary water or tea/coffee in the room. The competence of the reception varies a lot depending on the staff - checkin and checkout were smooth as the female personnel were able to speak English. However, i had problems with this other male staff who wasn't able to understand English and was slow in getting a taxi ( he didn't even seem to know the number to call and had to ask his colleague).

Excellent noiseless environment
The customer service was excellent and the breakfast exceptional. Too good to be true for the price. You only need to spend about $10 to go by train or metro to all parts of Sao Paulo (if you are undaunted of the tales of robbers and metro crime, just like I and my wife). However, Santo Andre, where the hotel is located is not a bubbly area if you intend to add clubbing and sight seeing to your itinerary. Overall, it is a great place to stay

The breakfast included in the price room was okay but the restaurant hall was crammed with other guests in the morning due to the inadequate size. Tables are too close rubbing seats back to back. Also no swimming pool.

The rooms were cosy, although initially cold but space heaters were provided. The staff were always helpful and the ambience calm and relaxing. I enjoyed their free breakfast; multiple breakfast meals provided.

Santo Andre Hotel - Good Area
I visit the area quite frequently but had not stayed in this hotel since its acquistion by Blue Tree. Overall the experience was good - normal for a 2 1/2 star hotel. The hotel is on Avenida Portugal which is a nice safe walking area and is within a few blocks of the shopping mall, making it convenient for a business person who wants a simple dinner at the food court. The hotel appearance was excellent and the staff was accommodating. Unfortunately my 14-day vacation visit was during the Christmas holidays and we had two days during which our room was not serviced at all by housekeeping. We also had one morning that the breakfast buffet had no milk for coffee or for the children. I will give the hotel the benefit of the doubt and attribute this to holiday staffing problems. I'm planning to return next month on business and will likely stay there again because I enjoy the safety of the area.

Nice hotel, nice room, clean. One bedroom, one small kitchen, 2 tvs. Breakfast was ok, gym not good (very few equipments). Nice location (close to a mall and there are some restaurants and coffees neaby).

Precisa de reforma urgente. Azulejos e louças encardidos, metais manchados , enxoval amarelado e gasto....viemos a cidade e não quisemos ficar em nosso imóvel por acreditar que por estar fechado há meses poderia estar sujo... saímos mal.
