The property is tired and unclean. The bathrooms have mould all over the walls and ceilings - that’s a health concern. The towel rails are all hanging off the wall by a thread, the dry wall is cracked in large panels and look like they started but didn’t finish with construction. No shelf in the shower but there are the hooks it would hang off of. The blind in the living room is torn, the tv unit is falling apart and looks like the tv will fall over at any point.
It’s a great little apartment, but it needs to be fixed up. The couch is so uncomfortable you almost don’t want to sit on it. Kitchen is also not stocked with anything, not even garbage bags. Also, don’t be fooled into thinking you can do laundry. I bought all the products and put it in the machine to have security call me and say I wasn’t allowed to because I’m a short term tenant. Waste of money.
Wouldn’t recommend this place.
