Amazing property & location - communic needs work

I booked two different Charlie stays this month, both in São Paulo. From what I have seen and experienced, all of Charlie’s properties are simply gorgeous, super clean, modern, and well located. Honestly no complaints whatsoever about the property itself, however, I will note two things the business should work on: 1) check ins were very disorganized and complicated. Both times I booked with Charlie, instructions were not sent by check-in time. I had to message them via WhatsApp and wait for a response for me to get the door code which took about 30 mins the first time and the second time they only answered the guy at the building’s front desk, and only answered me a longer while later. 2) I did require some assistance throughout my stay and my questions went unanswered completely.

As soon as get in the room I realized that that tv remote control wasn't working, battery died. I reached out for help and they suggested me to use the batteries from the AC (what?) let alone AC and TV remote do not use the same batteries. The room smelled sewer, all the time, very strong smell. 8 am on Saturday there was working on the floor, waking up everyone on the floor. On Sunday there was an alarming beeping all they long on the floor. Never again. I do not recommend and I am not coming back.

Was looking for a nice place with a Jacuzzi spend a nice evening. First issue was that they don't have a person to call - you just have to talk to a robot in whatsapp and only after 10-15 minutes pattern of answers (in portuguese) you get a live person. Check in starts at 3PM - there was no information about apartment number or room. Only after spending 30 minutes talking to robots I managed to get to a live person and they chatted me the room number and access code. As soon as we got there, we saw that the jacuzzi is barely working and again (30 minutes robot), asked to cancel our reservation and get refunded - to what we were told that it was booked with expedia and not with them directly, so it's non refundable. The room also ended up having no internet connection, and a broken oven and stove (thus impossible to cook dinner). Every single time I had to wait to pass the robot conversation in order to talk to someone, everytime I was basically told that "oh well, the room is there, you have a bed, so why you want to cancel". Ruined evening because of useless service of Charlie and braindead support. In the end, paid for the most expensive room they had and ended up with just a working bed, no jacuzzi, no kitchen, no internet...

Pessimos e lento.sistema de comunicação. Dizem que ficam disponíveis 24h mas demoram.uma eternidanidade pra responder..Talheres sujos. Não consegue falar com pessoa fisica pra negociar checkout. Colocam um checkin as 15h e checkout as 11..um absurdo. Pedimos pra estender pra 12h e depois de muito custo conseguinos. Mas fomos entrar no predio as 11:05 e ja nao funcionava nossa facial. Ficamos pra fora quase 30min esperando resolver. A recepcao nao conseguia contato com eles, nos nao conseguiamos. Nao recomendo nada..Pessima experiencia

O ambiente é ótimo e atendeu às minhas necessidades. Tem estacionamento no local o que é ótimo! Eu estava vindo de uma viagem longa e me senti mais segura. Fui muito bem atendida e o check in é fácil. Apenas a torneira do banheiro que estava um pouco frouxa e a máquina de café expresso não estava funcionando. Mas sem problemas.

El check in fue caótico. No encontraban la reserva. Me costó muchísimo que habilitaran mi ingreso. Todo vía whats app. Se supone que deberían tener presente mi ingreso ese día. El código de reserva interno no coincidía con el código de Hotel.com Por otra parte, la ducha higiénica (bidet) no estaba en condiciones. Esto para mí es fundamental al momento de elegir un hotel.
