In a vintage building between vibrant Vila Madalena and Pinheiros, it’s your perfect home base in São Paulo’s favorite neighborhoods.

It’s all walking distance to restaurants, eateries, cozy cafés, bars, clubs, boutiques and art galleries.

Thoughtfully equipped so that you have a joyful and productive stay.

This charming apartment is bright, spacious and decorated in a modern minimalist aesthetic. High ceilings, generous windows and exposed beams add to the feeling of space.

The master bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, a sound dampening window for that extra quiet, and a mini-split cooling and heating system.

Our sunny living room opens to a beautiful private balcony.

The custom architected kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

The apartment is on the second floor of a vintage building with no elevator. Good for burning those extra calories after wining and dining !!

The air-conditioner / heater is in the bedroom. It does not cool or heat the whole apartment completely. We do offer a portable heater during winter to assist in warming the other areas.

On Saturday mornings just one block away there is one of the most loved street markets in São Paulo, offering typical Brazilian fruits, street foods and products.
