The hotel is a boutique’s style, with amazing staff, amazing rooms, amazing bathrooms, they work hard to give a UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. From the main entrance until the room they are very nice! I really recommend this wonderful hotel! ♥️♥️

Todos os funcionários deste hotel foram muito simpáticos e atencioso, mas foi decepcionante não terem oferecido o upgrade. Mesmo após eu ter perguntado por esse benefício, a resposta foi o que o hotel estaria lotado, o que, pelo que pude observar, não correspondia à realidade.

Fasano is my favorite hotel in Sao Paulo
Fasano is my favorite hotel in Sao Paulo. It's in a great location, and walking distance from the best shops and restaurants (including DOM). Hotel is nice, clean and has great service.

Wonderful Stay!
Stunning hotel in Sao Paulo. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and exceedingly helpful. I am looking forward to visiting again, worth every penny!

Well located. Very classical old school hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Service on top. But i arrived really early and they told me they could only give me the room at 4 pm. When i left , my flight was a night flight and i was not able to get a late check out either.
