Perfect place for certain situations

This hotel was perfect for my purposes which was a short stay for a layover near Garulhous (GRU) airport. I was there for 12 hours to take a nap and store luggage before my flight. This hotel is a Brazilian “love motel” meant for couples short stays. I knew that going in. They serve food (didn’t try it but the prices looked good) and drinks straight to your room if you want. The wifi is terrible. The cleanliness is above average. The motel is not very modern. There is no elevator. But the rates are good and it was convenient to the airport. The neighborhood around there didn’t appear the best. I wouldn’t recommend exploring it. So this is a great place as long as you know what you are getting into and this satisfies the exact purposes of your stay.

Foi Horrível, o Hotel é um Motel com paredes sujas acho que de quando as pessoas mantém relações. Ficamos em um quarto que tinha uma caldeira atrás e quase morremos sufocados. Tivemos que trocar de quarto 3 vezes durante a noite pois o outro o ventilador não prestava. Resumindo que hospedagem péssima. Pra ricamente a noite acordados mudando de um quarto pro outro. Sem contar que quase morremos sufocados.

Super Günstig, wenn man einfach nur ein Zimmer zum schlafen und frisch machen braucht. Was ich aber nicht wusste, dass das Hotel bei den Brasilianern mehr als Se*hotel gesehen wird, woe ich über meinen Fahrer erfahren habe. Und wirklich, man kann die Zimmer ach nur für wenige Stunden mieten und im Zimmer gab es eine Broschüre mit gewissen Gegenständen Spielzeugen die man sich aufs Zimmer bringen lassen konnte, die ich in einem normalen Hotel nicht erwartet hätte. Aber ansonsten ganz nett.

O hotel nao conta com uma boa internet, estou a 4 dias aqui sem poder usar o wifi pq é pessimo. As camas sao duras tipo motelzao e os travesseiros duros feito pedras. Não foi nada de bom , eu e meu marido pagamos adiantando por um quanto com banheira e quando chegamos lá não tinha mais quarto para nós . Tivemos que ficar num quarto ruim , não era nada do que tínhamos reservado . Não tinha coberto pedimos na recepção e não mandaram . Não gostamos e não vai voltar mais lá . Era a nossa lua de mel e não foi do jeito que tínhamos pedido para o hotel !! Não indico para ninguém

O atendimento sem dúvidas é incrível, as recepcionistas super simpáticas. A limpesa não é tão agradável devido ter um cílio postiço jogado na pia e as toalhas tem algumas manchas. O quarto tinha apenas uma luz central, sem muita graça. A tv pegava apenas a globo, sbt, record e band, os demais não pagavam nada. o café da manhã é ok, os preços caso você queira comer algo lá, são altos para uma qualidade razoável.

FALTA de MANUTENÇÃO!!! MAS A ESTADIA FOI...

Ar condicionado não funcionava direito e ficava fazendo barulho de tec tec tec tec tec, agua depois de um tempo ficava super fria e fazendo 6 graus é impossivel de tomar banho, notei que faltava manutenção, internet ficava muito instavel pela quantidade de pessoas usando, isso quando funcionava, notei que as funcionarias da recepção estavam estressadas e cansadas, apesar disso atendem muito bem e disfarçam com um sorriso no rosto e são atenciosas, o serviço de quarto é rapido, o café da manhã é bom. É um lugar bom pra uma estadia simples? Sim, só você e seu ou sua parceira, é um lugar que eu voltaria por ser um lugar barato, mas vai ter problemas e se você é uma pessoa muito chata e impaciente, não vale apena porque você vai se estressar

Sobre as recepcionistas, serviço de quarto, comida, não tenho o que reclamar. Porém, não tem conforto nenhum nós quartos a não ser a hidromassagem que é maravilhosa, mas a cama não é confortável e os ruídos dos geradores são insuportáveis assim como barulho do ar condicionado é ensurdecedor. Mas é aquela escolha, ou dorme com clima agradável ou passa calor..

Perfect place to clean up after a long flight

Our family of six booked this room near GRU with the intent of using it to clean up from our long overnight flight before taking a city tour. We also used it to store our luggage during the tour. We did not actually sleep here. When we arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. The hotel was able to do an early check-in which we appreciated. We were told that because we only had booked the room for two people, only two could use it. We tried to explain we were not sleeping there, only storing luggage and taking a shower, but this was against policy of the hotel. I can understand this policy. It worked out as this hotel also rents rooms by the hour, so we ended up renting two more rooms for an hour so everyone could take a shower, and then used the overnight room to store our luggage. With the conversion the hour rooms were about $10 each - so worth it for a hot shower and to feel good before our tour. The hotel is dated and basic but spotlessly clean in all areas. The shower had exceptional water pressure and plenty of hot water. We returned to the hotel after our tour and hung out in the lobby for a few hours before taking an uber back to the airport. We ordered pizza from the cafe and ate it in the little seating area of the lobby. The night desk staff were super helpful and pleasant. The hotel was close to the airport and it cost us $6 USD to take an uber there. All prices were as of August 2019.
