It’s a very hotel. In 2006 the hotel was new and everything looks nice. Fast forward 2025 they still have the furniture, bed, tv and cabinets. That place has potential to become a nicer place

It is noticeable without proper maintenance. I used to stay in the same hotel few years ago but seems they could not keep up. Pillows and bed sheets are used for too long. Same with the towels. This is a hotel that requires a big upgrade in all areas. From the outlets to room service.

Hotel muito desgastado, cortinas muito velhas, com aparência de sujas, no meu quarto no 12 andar quarto 122 no teto perto da cama de casal tem mofo, cheguei em casa com uma sinusite terrível! Recepção muito confusa Contudo o ponto positivo foi o café da manhã , muito bem feito, muito variado, este sim estão de parabéns!

Muito bom

Gostei bastante da estadia. Ficamos eu e minha esposa apenas 1 diária e o atendimento foi excelente. Parabéns as meninas da recepção. O quarto que nos foi oferecido também agradou bastante. Só achei que o café da manhã poderia melhorar pois desci para o café às 9h da manhã e o café da garrafa térmica estava frio, parece que a garrafa não está boa. Outra sugestão é melhorar a pressão do chuveiro. Fiquei no 1112 e achei a ducha bem fraca. No mais achei o hotel muito bom
