Not bad, but could be better.

The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great

They need an App for International travelers. The concept is great but useless if you're not Brazilian. They need to be more careful on how they clean rooms. This is a big issue and I hope they take care of it.

Thai place needs more attention (comforter dirty)

The location is good, but there is always an issue, it’s a shower that’s is licking make the entire bathroom floor wet, tv disconnect, and I asked for a blanket next day I realized that the blanket was all dirty with dry nasy blood it was there before but unfortunately I didn’t see it before, extremely disgusting.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.

Mi baño estuvo dañado, "me arreglaron" y dejaron todo super sucio. Me ofrecieron limpieza y nunca lo hicieron, la atención al cliente fatal. Si no puedes descargar una app, no puede acceder a secadora de pelo o pñacha de ropa, y no te ayudan ni te dan solución. Para cambio de toallas, cama o papel debes pagar como 30 dolares

Boa experiência

Excelente localização, ao lado do metrô Consolação e da Av. Paulista. Cama e toalhas confortáveis. Houve um problema com o sistema de aquecimento e o banho matutino foi gelado (em um domingo com temperatura de 13°), mas ao final do dia a situação foi solucionada. Pela própria característica do local, não há café da manhã. Pouca variedade de utensílios e talvez uma cafeteira fosse bom... Check-in e check-out rápidos, bem como o sistema de reconhecimento facial para entrar. Senha para acessar o quarto é enviada por WhatsApp. Há venda de produtos alimentícios, bebidas e outros produtos, por auto-atendimento, porém não utilizei. Para quem gosta, fica próximo à Padaria Bella Paulista. Ponto negativo, ouve-se os passos e as conversas nos corredores, bem como algum barulho da rua. As amenidades do banheiro também são mínimas, sendo fundamental comprar sabonete... Não há limpeza dos quartos, como é explicado na recepção.

ótimo custo x beneficio

A estadia é ótima para quem está viajando a casal, muito bem localizada, perto dos melhores pontos da cidade. A limpeza tem alguns pontos a melhorar, como baratinhas que vi na recepção e no banheiro do apê e minha rinite que atacava infinitamente ao me sentar na recepção.

Excelente hospedagem

Excelente local para se hospedarxem SP. Cama confortável, ambiente agradável e com um cheiro maravilhoso (aroma próprio). Bem localizado, próximo de tudo. Nota 10. Apenas gostaria de ressaltar a necessidade de ter secador de cabelo no banheiro, de forma gratuita. Dependendo da epoca do ano, SP é frio e depois do banho é preciso secar o cabelo.

Bom para poucos dias

Roupa de cama muito ruim. Estava frio - o controle da temperatura não funcionava - e só tinha um coberto fino, muito usado. Também tinha poucos utensílios na cozinha. No mais, é um bom lugar para ficar poucos dias, já que a limpeza e troca de toalhas é paga a parte.

Localização excelente, mobiliário bom Mas a limpeza do local deixou muito a desejar, era visível que não há uma limpeza ‘pesada’, principalmente no banheiro, e no quarto alguns pontos de mofo
