A equipe da recepção muito boa assim como da limpeza. Café da manhã ok. Buffet de janta bom e com valor super bacana. Check-out super ágil. Estacionamento foi bem rápido também. Quartos confortáveis, chuveiros bons. A única questão que me incomodou foi o fato de não ter cobertores a mais disponíveis nem na recepção.

The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal."

Estadia ótima !

Bem localizado , quarto confortável, estacionamento etc... gostamos muito pq tem acesso por elevador direto no Shopping Tamboré com tudo oque vc precisar, bons restaurantes, seguro,etc.. a região é bem industrial mas como no shopping tem tudo naõ tem necessidade de ter algo mais. Em outra estadia optamos pelo café da manhã, mas não aprovamos muito. Achei estranho não ter toalhas de rosto no quarto somente 1 de banho para cada ocupante, tinhamos que solicitar mais uma todos os dias, apesar de solicitar uma obs que precisaríamos de uma de rosto, tinhamos que buscar. Resumo, estadia ótima.

Hotel ótimo para viagem a negócios. Quarto pequeno mas limpo e organizado. Tem acesso direto ao shopping Tamboré, que é muito grande, e ajuda muito para passeio ou refeições. Café da manhã muito bom e com variedade. Ótimo custo benefício.

Achei o hotel com uma ótima estrutura, sensacional... Facilidade de acesso para shopping Tamboré e tbm para pegar rodovias... Café da manhã muito bom e acomodação também! Único ponto para mim foi o atendimento, demoramos demais para fazer o check - in. Só tinha uma pessoa na recepção...

Razoavel . Aptos sem manutenção. Duchinha quebrada apto 859. Qdo fui usar caiu dentro da privada . Trocamos de quarto 860 ar condicionado levou 6 horas p resfriar o quarto. Duchinha com vazamento de agua. Cachorro de hospede usando o mesmo elevador dos outros hospedes .o elevador p transporte com animais deveria ser separado. Quem garante que o cachorro nao vai avançar nos outros

Nada demais, sem expectativa e sem graça, rececpcao do mal treinado!insistia em dizer q a minha reserva havia terminado no dia mesmo mostrando que so vencia no dia seguinte. Pedi p um laboratório entregar um remedio p mim, perguntei 2 x na recepcao e disseram q nao, sendo q o medic estava na recepção desde as 8:00 tive q pagar $50,00 de uber p dxar p mim ate o aeroporto, pelo descaso deles
