    Localizado no coração de Pinheiros e ao lado da marginal, qualquer região da Faria Lima, Itaim, Jardins e Vila Olimpia está a 10min de carro. O condo é Super seguro.

    O condomínio possui acesso exclusivo ao Pão de Açucar e um Hirota 24h, além do Um Coffee (tipo Starbucks).

    Nosso lar possui dois quartos decorados com um estilo sofisticado, oferecendo uma cama king extremamente confortável.

    Todos os ambientes são refrigerados, contando com um total de 4 ar-condicionados!

    Nosso apartamento também contém dois escritórios para trabalho, ambos contendo cadeiras Herman-Miller modelo Sayl.

    A cozinha é totalmente equipada, com jogo de talheres, pratos, copos, taças de vinho, panelas, torradeira, máquina de café, formas, etc. Tudo da marca Tramontina e de aço inoxidável.

    Na suíte, temos uma cama king extremamente confortável e ergonômica, travesseiros, fronha, cobertor e uma uma TV LG OLED gigante, de 65 polegadas. Com acesso a Netflix e outros programas. É um cinema em casa!

    Na varanda temos uma biblioteca e área de descanso.
