  • Apartment 01 is a special option for those seeking comfort, convenience, and an exclusive space during their stay. Its main advantage is its private outdoor area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation and al fresco dining. The apartment is fully equipped, decorated, cozy, and prepared for daily or seasonal stays. The location is also excellent: we are just 9 minutes from Vila Sônia Metro Station, 15 minutes from Morumbi Stadium, and close to USP (University of São Paulo). There is a bus stop just 10 meters from the accommodation. On Wednesdays and Sundays, you can also enjoy the neighborhood street market, just a 2-minute walk away. Our building has several apartments for accommodation, but Apartment 01 is unique because it has its own open area and private barbecue. A great choice for those looking for the convenience of a complete apartment with the added benefit of an exclusive outdoor space.
