It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well. It's not just about the price, just the principle. Otherwise our stay was ok.

The system for checking in it’s so tedious and annoying. They call you on WhatsApp from a company. That’s a different name from the building and at first you think it’s a scam. And when you ignore it, they tell you that you cannot check into the hotel anymore. And then you have to do it in a hurry. Also, they don’t tell you that they ask for a security deposit which they ask you at the time of check-in. But the hotel is really clean and pretty. Also, they don’t give you any towels or toiletries after the check-in only what is there when you arrive?

I enjoyed the area because I had a conference but it is not a touristy area. The building was nice and well maintained. The apartment was tiny and very noisy all day and late into the night. I stayed at another room in the building managed by a different company which was more quiet. Communication with the management was done only through what’s app which was not convenient. No one in the staff in the building (not to be confused with the apartment’s staff) knew a word of English. They also will not hold your luggage if you arrive earlier than your check in or want to take advantage of your last day after your check out. I enjoyed the small gym but the laundry can only be done with an app which needs all your information including the Brazilian ssn. It means that only Brazilians can do the laundry. Luckily a sweet student who lives there did the laundry for me but the management was not helpful when I approached them for help. An example of the bad communication and attitude, I arrived a day earlier and the staff would not meet me, would not accept cash and would not even send me a link to the property. I ended up reserving a room by another management jn the building which was actually better. Another example, you get an extra blanket only for extra charge although it was cold. I only got mine because I was angry and ended up getting sick. I still enjoyed the place but the management needs to change its ways.

A localização foi excelente. Estávamos a 400 da estação Vila Mariana do metro o que facilitou muito. O ambiente tem mobília e utensílios suficientes para uma boa estadia em família. Mas, a limpeza deixou a desejar. As paredes e chão muito empoeirado. Muita sujeira debaixo da cama, mesa com marcas de xícara de café, espelho do banheiro bem sujo. Pra mim que sou alérgica não foi legal. Os travesseiros não não confortáveis. Sugiro a troca para valorizar a experiência, já que o espaço foi planejado para receber hóspedes. Outra situação bem desagradável foi que escolhemos o local muito pela localização, conforto que parecia oferecer e principalmente pela piscina aquecida e coberta, já que temos filho pequeno. No entanto, estava desativada por estar passando por manutenção exatamente nos dias que estávamos hospedados. Porém, não nos foi comunicado ou informado. Com isso, a experiência no geral não foi das melhores.

Excelente acomodação

Apartamento muito funcional, correspondendo inteiramente às fotos do anúncio. Silencioso, com os equipamentos necessários para pequena temporada. Prédio novo, equipado, bem localizado, próximo ao Metrô. Cama confortável, banho com ducha excelente. A comunicação com a locadora fluiu bem, porém tive problemas com defeito no microondas que não foi solucionado a tempo. Situação contornada de forma satisfatória com o uso do equipamento disponível na área útil do edifício. Enfim, fiquei bastante satisfeito com a acomodação. Recomendo a todos.

Boa acomodação e ótima localização

Acomodação muito boa com itens funcionais. Apesar de limpo quando fizemos o check-in estava quarto estava com cheiro muito ruim, tipo esgoto, que depois passou. Localização muito boa, bem próximo ao metrô. Apesar do anuncio, não conseguimos ter acesso a academia através do nosso cadastro/facial.

Uma boa estadia. A localização é o ponto forte desse prédio. Porém não tem um espaço para escorrer a louça que lavamos e os travesseiros parecem papel de tão finos. Alguns desconfortos, mas um bom lugar.

Apartamento bom. Condomínio nem tanto.

Apartamento incrível, bastante confortável igual ao anuncio. No entanto, a piscina do condomínio não estava funcionando e não nos foi comunicado com antecedência, bem como, o reconhecimento facial estava com problema, o que nos impediu de aproveitar as áreas comuns como a academia.
