Ok, the shuttle only runs between certain hours, so check beforehand. Check-in took 20 minutes, no english spoken. Staff is friendly. Rooms have no window, so don't stay when you are claustrophobic. Very comfortable matresses. The place is ok when you just need to crash somewhere for a couple of hours

We took taxi from Airport where taxi driver tried to overcharge us for 10 minutes trip. Shuttle back to airport was provided on time and driver/manager of the hotel was very polite and helpful

WiFi is pretty bad, no closed no place to hang your stuff. Breakfast is good, nothing special but whatever is that to eat “ is good I guess”. Tv didn’t work however it is because WiFi that sucks.

I would not stay here if I was travelling alone, specially as a woman. I stayed one night only as I had a long flight connection and it seemed a good deal to have pick up and drop off to the airport. I got picked up by a car which did not match the description of the bus advertised, it was a red van and the guy who picked me up was an absolute creep, I genuinely thought he was going to kill me, not even being dramatic, he took me under the highway and started driving really slow and he was asking all sort of inappropriate questions. I told the night shift concierge guy which by the way was very lovely and understanding and he mentioned it was not the first time that he did that to women. I cannot believe they still employ him after so many complains, it is terrifying when you don’t even speak the language and cannot even call the police or anything as most people staying here are travellers. The room itself was clean-ish but there is noise all throughout the night so I couldn’t even sleep and quite frankly I was scared that someone might open the door. Absolute nightmare of a stay I would never stay here unless you are a group. There are better options which are similar that I think might be a better choice.

We had bed bugs in the bed. Took videos and photos. Reception lady just offered another room. Very basic amenities. No blankets on tbe bed - just a couch throw. Place needs a good clean. Breakfast is only from 7am. We had to head to the airport at 6am.

It's really only a place to spend the night if you have to. The rooms are really tiny, and the breakfast is pretty miserable, but you can eat it. The shuttle at the airport is pretty hard to find because it's not the color shown on the website. It's white with almost no branding to let you know it's theirs.

Uma verdadeira cafua, foi enganado pelas fotos colocadas no Expedia, fiquei muito inseguro , fiquei imaginando se houvesse um incêndio por onde sairia. Um verdadeiro lixo, a funcionária que me atendeu muito despreparada e mal humorada, entrei próximo das 14 horas e sai próximo da 17 horas, NUNCA mais retorno e vou entrar em contato com cidade de Guarulhos pra fazer uma fiscalização. Uma decepção,mais uma com o Expedia por divulgar um lugar deste. Que nojo eu ter deitado numa coisa que parecia uma cama de presídio. Nem toalhas, sabonete foram disponibilizado no que chamam de quarto.
