O Sr. Antônio, proprietário do imóvel, nos atendeu muito bem desde a reserva, sempre muito solícito aos nossos contatos, respondendo nossas dúvidas e também prestando todo o auxílio durante nossa estada (inclusive levando um pãozinho fresco pra gente no dia de natal, uma delicadeza!). A casa atendeu bem nosso grupo de 9 pessoas. Encontramos a residência limpa e de acordo com as fotos do anúncio. A casa oferece todo o básico para estada e o terreno todo é muito bonito. Mesmo tendo um trecho de cerca de 5km de estrada de chão, não há dificuldades em chegar na propriedade. Recomendo a casa, voltaria a ficar hospedada lá e agradeço muito toda a atenção que recebemos. Algumas observações que não constam no anúncio e que valem a pena mencionar para os interessados, a título de informação: - a casa fica localizada num terreno bem acidentado, tem muitas escadas (do estacionamento para a casa, da casa para a represa...), com degraus altos, poucos corrimões, e será difícil de utilizar por alguém com problemas de locomoção / mais idade. - o estacionamento (rampas de acesso) é bastante íngreme e pode ser mais difícil de sair com um carro menos potente e carregado depois de chover. - os utensílios de cozinha são mais velhos (panelas, leiteira, etc) e se você for cozinhar bastante, vale a pena levar alguns equipamentos. A churrasqueira / forno a lenha / fogão a lenha estão em excelente estado. - levar travesseiros e cobertores além da roupa de cama e toalhas, pois no período da noite, por ser um espaço bem cercado de mata, há grande oscilação térmica e faz frio. - embora localizada num amplo terreno e com uma paisagem natural linda, a propriedade possui vizinhos bem próximos e que podem ser (como foram no nosso caso), bastante barulhentos.

Local muito agradável, aconchegante, paisagem belíssima, tdo conforme o anúncio. Deu para descansar e aproveitar bastante. Sem contar o acolhimento do Sr Antonio, que nos recebeu muitíssimo bem e foi muito prestativo.

O dono do imóvel nos atendeu otimamente, deu todo suporte e atenção necessária. Nos surpreendemos com as condições do imóvel, nada haver com as fotos. Falta manutenção do imóvel, e limpeza dos cômodos e das piscinas que estavam sujas e o maquinário não estava funcionando. O terreno é bem inclinado com acesso cauteloso para outras partes do terreno. A região é bem agradável com pontos para passeios. Negociem bem a hospedagem na situacao atual do imovel.

A intenção era passar o natal nessa casa com minha família e mesmo com mais diárias pagas, decidimos voltar antes. A casa está muito velha, tem apenas 1 banheiro para tomar banho, teias de aranha por toda parte, a cozinha muito mal equipada, geladeira quebrou, os pontos negativos são inúmeros. Minha família veio para o Brasil passar as festas comigo e ficamos extremamente decepcionados com a casa! A única coisa positiva é que o Fernando sempre se fez disponível, perguntando se estava tudo bem. Porém, não tinha muito o que o mesmo podia fazer, sugiro que retire a listagem, invista um pouco de tempo e dinheiro fazendo com que a casa fique habitável, e sucesso no futuro. Nos sentimos um pouco "enganados", mesmo tendo certeza que o dono nunca agiu de má fé.

Passei um fim de semana com a minha família nesta chácara, e estamos sem palavras para descrever quanta beleza há nesta lugar. Proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo. Local limpo, bem localizado e uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Há uma boa represa aos fundos da chácara que lá pescamos e usufruímos do kaiaque da chácara. Recomendo muito. Muito melhor do que imaginávamos.
