There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

Quarto cheirava cigarro. Moveis antigos. Cobertor sujo. Cafe da manhã com pouquíssimas Variedades e aspecto ruim. Pedi para subir de escada, e precisa das escadas serem liberadas com cartao de acesso de funcionários, se acontece alguma emergência e precisa utilizar escadas e saídas, o hospede nao tem acesso. Poucos funcionários para atendimento. Pessima experiência e caro para hospedagem.

A localização é o único ponto positivo. Minha estadia foi marcada pela desorganização, que resultou em cobrança dupla do estacionamento. O quarto estava mal conservado, com móveis velhos, cortinas sujas e tomadas antigas. A prova da falta de atenção é que forneceram um ferro de passar sem uma tomada que funcionasse. Pelo preço, há hotéis muito melhores na região. Não recomendo.
