The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing all of our questions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall. Amazing service, great location, modern hotel !

I had a great time at Radisson Blue! The spa and gym facilities and pool are great for a morning or evening exercise. The sauna is a plus! Their breakfast and lunch are delicious. I really liked the staff, very friendly and personnal!

We stayed with our 3 year old. The room had a kind size bed which was large enough for the three of us. The breakfast was what you’d expect of a business/ casual hotel - omelette, breads, cakes and some local items (the small cheese rolls are to die for!). Enough options to keep grown ups and children happy. The staff were wonderful with our little one, attentive and kind, which means everything. The drinks at the bar are lovely!

Staff (front desk, maintenance & cleaning, breakfast servers) were friendly and very helpful. Room was fairly well-appointed, but a bit worn-looking in places. Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price.

I like very much the area around the hotel . The breakfast had nice options . My room was big and was clean . My only big disappointment was that i wrote to the hotel before my arrival asking if i could do the check in before the 2 pm time if any room was available of course . After a 10 hours flight from the USA , I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am and requested to check in a room when available . I went to the reception area several times to ask them and reminding them I was waiting . While in the lobby I saw many people checking out . Other clients got their room before me . When i pointed about that they said they were in a different room category from me. I was the first to arrive at the hotel . By 12:30 after 6 hours waiting I had it ( check out is a 12:00), half a hour is more than enough to clean a room . When I finally ask to get a room or speak with a manager they gave me the room . I know check in is at 2 pm but if there was an empty room I expected them to ask the housecleaning people to clean it so they could please a costumer . I did not see any urgency in their attempts. That was very very disappointing to me . May be is because I booked with Expedia and the price was better . But I booked in the USA and I looked at hotels in Expedia and I saw their hotel otherwise I would not know about them . Sometimes it is important to attract clients to keep them . Very disappointed in that aspect .
