A localização é perfeita, perto de metrô,parada de ônibus, bares e Padarias próximas. Dá para ir caminhando até a praça da República, Copan, Edifício Itália. A equipe da recepção são todos prestativos e atenciosos. A comunicação com a gestão do imóvel foi até rápida pelo horário de comunicação.
