The check-in process was quite confusing, I had to pay an extra fee for cleaning. They didn't send me payment information until I was at the door of the unit I was renting. At that moment, they said that they couldn't give me the code to enter unless I made a payment immediately. I found that quite disturbing, unsettling and disrespectful. Upon entering the unity, I noticed it was dirty, the trash cans didn't have a bag in them, the windows were filthy, and the dish sponge was completely dirty. I think it was completely disrespectful to charge a cleaning fee when delivering a dirty unit. The Internet also wasn't working and it took a while for them to respond with a new code from the apartment next-door so I could get online. I didn't request to change apartments because I I really needed a place to stay while my apartment was being remodeled, I wasn't sure if they had extra vacancy and I didn't wanna go through a whole process with Expedia. Later, I brought trash bags from my apartment, and despite being reluctant to use this sponge, I ended up using it for I forgot to bring my own as well, not to mention, I don't think that that was my responsibility to begin with. The shower wasn't ideal as far as water temperature, I couldn't get it to warm up enough. So it was a complete disappointment. I do not recommend this place.
