Residential. It has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, bed linens and towels, personal hygiene items, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building does not have a parking space. However, there are parking spaces on the street next door, in front of the square, facilitating parking for guests using vehicles. Or in a 24-hour private car park 400 metres from the location. Areas such as co-working spaces, gym, party room, barbecue area, and wellness space are not available to guests. (These are condominium administration rules).
