"It is an airport hotel, there's an airport around the property, so no much to tell of the surrounding area. However, the restaurant (I took dinner and breaksfast) of the hotel is very good, clean, nice, not heavy food, just a perfect meal for being on the move. Great salad, rice, pasta, fish, meat, all fresh and pleasant."

"The lobby staff were okay an decent but did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. When first arrived all exhausted from the flight the lady at the lobby asks for the name of the reservation, looks confused and tell me that it’s an Airbnb next door, without checking for the confirmation number or going the extra mile to make sure I was at the right place. After going to the other location and going back and forth, I had to tell her that no I was at the right place and then she ask me for confirmation#… after the fact. Every time you would be at the lobby they were no greeting from the lobby staff or no smile, just felt very cold. These things are very small but it makes an impact on how welcomed you feel at the place. "

"This hotel is amazing. I had the best time. The restaurant is very good, the food was out of this world. I highly recomment this hotel. It was better than 5 stars hotels in Rio. The staff were amazing. I felt like a King. Thank you very much. Until next time."
