The property is located within the Cisne Branco Condominium, a safe location, very close to the naval base, and both are located in the Lagos Region, in Rio de Janeiro, an area known for its natural beauty and wide variety of beaches.
The Cisne Branco Condominium is practically a private neighborhood and is located near beaches, restaurants, kiosks, gyms, sports courts, etc., in addition to all existing infrastructure.
I provide bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, bath towels, and toilet paper.
Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the house.
A maximum of 2 small pets are allowed, with an additional charge per pet. It is mandatory to inform us at the time of booking.
There is ONE parking space available.
The house comprises a living room (with TV), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sandwich maker, juicer, coffee maker, piped gas, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc.), one suite with a king-size bed (TV, bathtub, and air conditioning) + one suite with a double bed (air conditioning) + one suite with a double mattress (fan), a powder room, an upper balcony, a backyard with a bathroom, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area for events of up to 20 people.
The condominium has a barbecue area, clubhouse, restaurant, sports court, leisure areas, swimming pools, and excellent areas for photography.
Guests registered in the reservation can use all areas of the property and the condominium.
