O atendimento e o serviço são impecáveis. Equipe sempre solícita e atenciosa, atenta a cada detalhe para tornar a estadia especial. A área de piscina com espreguiçadeiras de frente pra praia é muito confortavel. Apenas as cadeiras de areia poderiam ser melhores, nao sao confortaveis e nao condizem com o restante do hotel. O quarto Saccaro é ótimo, com banheira e dois chuveiros na área de banho. Varanda espaçosa com vista para a praia.

Tive uma boa estadia porém há a necessidade de mais atenção à detalhes. A limpeza deixa mto a desejar, principalmente do spa (banheiros e sala de estar). Quarto com limpeza ok, mas o banheiro com mau cheiro, entupido, luminárias sujas e lixo quebrado. Atendimento cortes e educado, mas o número de funcionários é pouco. As toalhas de praia estão mto velhas e a piscina com um aspecto de pouco cuidado. A falta de manobrista é tb bem ruim para quem chega. O hotel não é cheiroso, não tem um detalhe que agrade os hóspedes. Tem uma boa estrutura, porém está antigo e deteriorado. Precisa de mais cuidado e carinho!

Custo benefício muito baixo! As fotos não representam a realidade. Toalhas da piscina em estado ruim e estranhas ao toque. A escada da piscina está meio inclinada o que dificulta entrada e saída , ouvi reclamação de outro hóspede tb. Serviço de café da manhã muito lento, tem que ficar pedindo várias vezes. Os funcionários são atenciosos , mas a engrenagem como um todo , eh falha. Dizem que tem um Spa,pelo que conheço não tem ou eh muito precário.

Excelente pousada, mas cobram por isso (e caro)

Pousada super confortável. Vista do mar maravilhosa. Restaurante com boa Comida, porém cardápio muito restrito e caro. Sobremesas limitadas também. Cobram serviço de 14%, o que é muito caro para os padrões brasileiros. Ao final, ainda tem uma taxa de 14% sobre todo o valor que foi pago, inclusive diárias, o que os funcionários alegam ser para ajudar os demais profissionais que não servem diretamente e para um projeto social. Acabei pagando, mas realmente, é para ir uma vez só. Se quer exclusividade, é o local ideal, mas prepare o bolso, pois é extremamente caro. Mas, o serviço é impecável. Limpeza e arrumação dos quartos excepcional.

Fui com altas expectativas, já estive em alguns hotéis com proposta parecida como Camp Jabulani Africa do Sul, Nyama nas maldivas, e confesso, o Nau superou as minhas expectativas.
