The Flat was opened in December 2014, has new furniture and facilities.
It is located in a very safe place, inside a gated community, has easy access through one of the main streets of Maresias, access by paved street, close to local shops.
Each Flat has a suite with balcony, dining room, living room, toilet, kitchen with stove, refrigerator and household items and garage.
Very quiet place, where you can enjoy the beach and nature.
All flats have a balcony with views of the mountains and nature.
Free private parking is available on site.
All units have an LCD TV and fan in the bedroom and living room.
We have the option of an air-conditioned house. (Additional fee charged per day)
SIRENA is 800 meters from the property.
Morocco is 1 km from Maresias Flats, while Praça Internacional do Surf is 1.3 km away.
