O imóvel do Armando é nota 1000! Exatamente como descrito, além de tudo funcionar perfeitamente e o condomínio ser muito limpo e organizado. O apartamento é bem funcional e possui tudo. Condomínio possui uma boa estrutura com piscinas, playground e sala de jogos. Está bem localizado, pertinho da praia, da padaria, e mercado. Tivemos uma boa experiência.

O condomínio é muito bem localizado, a piscina aquecida e sauna muito boas! Infelizmente estava chovendo então não aproveitei a piscina normal, porém, são grandes. Sobre o apartamento, a geladeira não estava funcionando, apenas o freezer, tinha cacos da garrafa de cerveja embaixo da geladeira e na lavanderia (acredito que do outro hóspede) , e não tinha chave pois o outro hóspede tinha perdido, dormimos uma noite tudo aberto e fomos para a praia e deixamos aberto tb, após conversar com o corretor ele resolveu a questão da chave, porém, a geladeira a dona do apartamento fez pouco caso, estragaram comidas que tínhamos trazido, e tudo tinha que colocar no freezer, o moço foi trocar a geladeira só no dia que estávamos indo embora, ficamos 4 dias. Eu voltaria a alugar no condomínio, mas, não na mesma casa.

Excelente Lugar
O condomínio tem uma ótima estrutura. Área das Piscinas bem cuidadas, piscina aquecida (realmente aquecida), segurança, ótima localização (de frente para praia), colaboradores do condomínio muito atenciosos. O apartamento também não deixa a desejar, pois, tudo funcionou muito bem (chuveiros, torneiras, ar condicionado, TV, etc). Um lugar que Recomendo.

Condomínio excelente
O condomínio tem uma ótima estrutura. Piscinas bem cuidadas, piscina aquecida (realmente aquecida), segurança, ótima localização. O apartamento também não deixa a desejar, pois, tudo funcionou muito bem (chuveiros, torneiras, ar condicionado, TV, etc). A única dica de melhoria seria instalar rede de proteção na sacada para evitar acidentes com os pequenos. Recomendo.
