Renting for seasons: December/January/February (summer holidays), Carnival on February (5 days) and anually from March to November. This house is able to host 10 people.

A casa é organizada, encontramos o local limpo, o proprietário, Sr. Sylvio, nos atendeu muito bem, sempre prestativo. A Sra Sandra, que cuida da casa, é educada e agradável, nos recepcionou muito bem. O local é seguro, muito próximo da praia. Bem localizado, próximo dos melhores bares e restaurantes. A casa esta em ótima localização, tem tudo pertinho, inclusive o mar. As acomodações TB são ótimas, colchões mto bons. Só os cômodos que não são muito grandes. Só não conseguimos usar o spa, já que a agua é gelada. Do mais estava tudo muito bom! Agradeço ao Sylvio pela canfiança, e recomendo que aluguem!
