I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this property. I had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival, the staff informed me that they had "no available rooms." Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they forced me to relocate to another property they claimed belonged to them. The alternative accommodation was absolutely terrible, poorly maintained, and had nothing to do with the quality or standards of the original hotel I booked and paid for. This felt like a classic "bait and switch" scam. The lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and the awful condition of the alternative place ruined my stay. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to risk being reassigned to a substandard property at the last minute. Unprofessional and untrustworthy!

Her yerim kaşınmaya başladı birkaç saat içinde. Pireler ısırıp duruyordu. Yani temizlik en büyük eksik. Adam gibi temizlik yaparsanız yer gayet güzel sayılır. Diğer sorun ise şu ki, odaya kahvaltı servisi yazıyordu otel kurallarında, otele girişte görevli bayan kahvaltıyı yarın getiririz dedi odaya. Öbür gün aradık yoğunuz getiremeyiz dedi. İndik restorana mecbur. Bir baktık ki yoğunluk yok. 4 masanın sadece bir tanesi dolu, 3 tanesi boştu. Personeli hizmet acziyetine sahip. Hizmet vermeyi beceremiyor. Yalan söylüyor. Büyük eksiklik bu…

Standart bungalov.

Tekrar gider miyiz? Evet.
