Beautifully appointed three bedroom Villa, three bath unit located in the Hilltop section of Sapphire Valley … walking distance to the Fairfield Lake and boat docks plus a rocking chair front porch. Spacious Great Room with ceiling-to-floor rock fireplace (gas remote), cathedral tongue-and-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wet bar, flat screen television, stereo and DVD player, WiFi internet, and opens to nice large deck with some view of Fairfield Lake and Bald Rock Mountain. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Kitchen-aid appliances, plus gas stove, granite countertops, hardwood floors, salad sink … along with a dining area which seats eight, plus another small deck off dining. Master bedroom with high ceilings, hardwood floors, king bed, television with DVD/VCR player, opens to small deck, along with huge walk-in closet. Master bath with granite countertops, tile floor, and large tiled walk-in shower. Guest bedroom carpeted with queen bed, television with DVD/VCR player, plus another small deck off guest. Guest bath with granite countertops, tile floor, whirlpool tub/shower combination. Wireless high-speed internet. There is a separate lock-off with third bedroom downstairs with king-sized bed, television with DVD/VCR player, and opens up to small private deck. Guest bath with granite countertops, tile floor, whirlpool tub and separate shower. The third bedroom also includes small kitchenette with dining for two, microwave, sink and small refrigerator. Holidays are a four (4) night minimum.

That was disappointing and we could not cook our dinner and it was too late to go out to a restaurant. We could not use the grill or have a fire. Other than that it was wonderful

Best Location

This was our favorite place to stay in four years at Sapphire Valley. Beautiful view of the lake and Bald Mountain. Being able to walk to lake was a great convenience. Kitchen is very well stocked with high quality knives, pot & pans, appliances etc. New deck/outdoor fireplace is wonderful, comfy and like sitting in a tree house!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our mountain weekend getaway to Cashiers just in time to see the leaves in all their glory. The house was very comfy and provided all the luxuries of home. Our only issue was that one bedroom felt just right and the other was way too warm. We could not get it regulated..perhaps that needs to be addressed for the next guest.
