A good hotel. As all the APA I've stayed in. There is one thing I believe should improve. In the mornings, the aisles on any floor, are flooded with cleaning stuff, used linen bags, and all kinds of housekeeping materials, oddly occupying the whole floor. Usually, a hotel has a cart, and the cart has drawers or spaces, and everything seems to be contained within the wheeled cart. In these hotels, there don't seem to be any carts, and stuff piles up everywhere during the mornings. Besides, there is smell at the lobby, coming from the in-property chinese restaurant. Not tempting or nice. Again, a good stay. Not great but good enough, and well located.

Very newly opened property near Odori Park. Everything about the hotel and my room feels very fresh and clean. Kind and friendly staff all around. Complimentary breakfast was provided for half my stay and it was pretty good. The hotel is within walking distance to the Sapporo TV Tower, Susukino, and Odori subway station. The hotel is surrounded by 3 parking lots for those arriving by car, which had the usual overnight parking fee. Will definitely return back when I visit Sapporo again.

I booked seven nights but only stayed two and canceled the rest of nights. The staff is very nice and helpful, but I don’t like the room, very small, dark carpet and had to out all luggages under the bed, so cramped, don’t feel clean and not happy. Won’t return.

The mattress was far too soft, and the in-room climate control was completely unreliable. On my first night, the room was freezing despite setting the thermostat to 30°C. When I informed the front desk the next morning, their only solution was to provide a mini space heater. Later in my stay, the opposite happened: the A/C began blowing hot air when the outside temperature was around 12°C. Even after I lowered the setting to 20°C, it continued to blow heat, forcing me to turn the system off entirely.
