We stayed at the JAL City hotel for 5 nights. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very close to Nakajima park, transportation, and a variety of dining options. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel. We were originally assigned a room right next to the construction site but were able to change the room to the opposite site of the hotel, away from the noise of the construction. The breakfast included a variety of options; however, it did not change much during our stay and it sometimes got very crowded so we had to wait a while before getting seated. The staff were the highlight of this hotel; service was excellent.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and I was delighted to stay in a connecting room; the kids had a great time. The breakfast was excellent value for money. If possible, I would have loved to stay a few more days. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Sapporo.

The hotel was very nice. The only downsize is the bed. It is a typical Japanese bed nice and firm. The public bath is nice but on the small side.

VERY GOOD HOTEL.

I think it's a luxurious hotel. I visited with my family and there was an employee who could speak Korean, so I used it comfortably. I think the interior of the room is bigger than other business hotels. The large bath is also clean and nice.

Hotel JAL City was much better than I had been expecting. Rooms were much bigger and the quality of the interior was so nice. I was expecting a Japanese business hotel type experience, but it was so much better than that. The hotel spa is small, but a very nice experience and the breakfast buffet is excellent. It's as good, if not better than hotels in Sapporo that charge quite a bit more.

Fantastic property! Lovely little onsen too. Lovely room, well appointed. Could use more vending machines with snacks as well as beverages when restaurant closes early. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good to stay

It was great time to stay in this hotel in Sapporo. First of all, Daiyokujo was great to relax everyday. Covenience store is close to hotel and the subway station is also close. Although main underground street is not connected to the station, it’s close to this hotel. Airport limo station is also close. It’s not that crowded but still close to the main street. Staffs were also kind. Thanks

The JAL Sapporo hotel really exceeded our expectations. The hotel appears newly renovated and is in very clean and modern condition, including our room, the onsen and the breakfast area. The interconnecting room was a huge plus for our family of 5 ( one child ended up taking the sofa. The staff was able to provide blankets but not sheets). What reallly impressed us was when one of our daughters lost her glasses which we thought were left in a plastic bag and taken out as trash by the cleaning staff. The receptionist actually took her time to go through our trash. In the end, one of her colleagues had already found them from the onsen. The level of responsibility and integrity from the hotel staff was very commendable. We will for sure stay here again in the future.

20日21日とお世話になりました。室内、館内共清潔で、細やかなサービスが行き届いて満足しました。1日目の朝食スタッフの方も親切でした。ただ2日目の朝食の責任者の方？男性の方が（メガネを掛けている方）いるせいか、前日の女性の責任者の時は、皆さんお声掛けして下さったりでしたが、この日はスタッフさんの笑顔が無く、ピリピリした感じでした。そこが一つだけ残念でした。　また、機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。

ロビーや朝食会場のスタッフなど、すべての方の対応が良かった！部屋は意外に狭く、びっくりはしたが、綺麗で布団も寝心地が良かった。 　朝食は、とても美味しく頂きました。接客もとても良かった！さすが、JALだなぁと、感じた。 　タクシーを呼んでもらうだけでプラス200円は高いなぁと思った。結局自分で呼んでも200円取られた。
