Clean room, has all kinds of amenities, safe and secure, close to downtown. Only that the noise control is rather weak. But indeed a 5 star experience!

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the station, and has convenient access to Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. There's also a bus station with a direct airport limousine service, which makes traveling very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, with decent amenities, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good stay with no major issues—would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Sapporo.

The property enjoys convenient proximity to Nakajima-koen Station and a 7-Eleven, offering easy access to amenities. Parking is readily available. However, the accommodation's limited size presented challenges for our party of five; luggage storage and movement within the space were difficult. In summary, while the location was excellent, the property's size proved insufficient for a family.

Not really as pictured but clean and suitable.

Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email.

The place is nice and tidy, would recommend to others. However, the bathroom smell like piss on the wall/floor. It needs more cleaning to get rid of the smell.

The only drawback was having to first go to another location to check in. Fortunately we were able to easily procure a cab from the street to get from the checkin location to our accommodation. It was definitely small but clean and in a convenient location to the train and lots of restaurants.

I was a little disappointed because I assumed that there were enough beds for a family of five, but that’s on me for assuming. I just didn’t enjoy sleeping on the floor or how weak the heater felt.

覺得不誠信，把兩人房當四人房賣，給了一個稍微有點厚度的被子在儲藏室裡當地墊當兩人床，但房間的地板空間都沒辦法擺得下，身高150公分腳要縮起來睡，不然會一直踢到牆壁，睡了五天很難受，離捷運不遠，離7-11近
