the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice.

Property is only 15mins drive to town area. Place is clean and quiet at night. Free parking is a plus. It would be perfect if the apartment could let us connect TV to wifi so that we could watch Netflix as all the programmes there are in Japanese and we don't understand. Very pleasant experience overall.

A hotel with rather low quality

The range hood is broken and cannot be used, causing the entire house to be filled with the smell of smoke and grease. With only one cooking pot available, this situation is causing a lot of inconvenience for the family. The layout of the house is quite strange. It seems like an additional room was intentionally created by partitioning the space, but the new room lacks privacy.

良かった点は、広々とした部屋で2ベッドルームあり、外国人向けの様な簡易な和装スペースもあり、くつろぐ場所には困らない。 悪かった点は、清掃が不十分。玄関にあるスリッパは歯科医院にある様なスリッパだったので使用せずに素足で部屋に入ると、フローリングがザラザラしている。子供もいるので自分で拭き掃除をすると真っ黒になる程汚れていた。 お風呂やトイレも隅々に汚れが積もっており、清潔とは言い難い。 キッチン付近にダイニングテーブルもあったが、そのすぐ横に掃除用具が無造作に壁に立て掛けてある。 少なくともフローリングは拭き掃除するべきだと思う。 大通りが近いのでバイクやトラックの騒音はかなり聞こえる。

집은 넓고 좋습니다.그런데 청소가 제대로 안되어 있습니다.드라이기가 없어서 전화했으나 호스트가 영어가 안돼 소통이 어려워 3일내내 그냥 머리를 말려야 했습니다. 전화 외에는 소통 방법이 없어 불편했습니다. 그러나 가성비를 따진다면 나쁘지 않은 선택입니다.

2家族6人（うち子供2人）で宿泊。 広くて快適に過ごせて概ね満足です。 各家族のプライバシーも守れました。 割り箸、歯ブラシ、は持参必須です。 機会があればまた利用したいです。 残念な点は3点ありました。 ①お箸が汚ない 菜箸にありがちな竹箸で、溝に汚れが溜まって、洗っても落ちず臭って不衛生 ②羽織物を掛けられない 棚だらけで、ハンガーを掛けられる場所がひとつもない ③掃除不行き届き 都合上、家具を少しずらしたら埃が溜まっていた
