Wonderful stay. Super location.The lady we interacted with at reception was delightful and helpful (didn’t get her name but she owns a Labrador). Free ice cream each day is a nice bonus.

The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops, very convenient location. There are express buses between CTS and the hotel. only ¥13,000 per person, cheaper than trains.

Although far from Sapporo station it's close to a lot of shopping and dining options. The subway is there, but if you're able bodied you can easily walk to the Sapporo station shopping if you wanted. Since it was only a block away from the underground it made it easy to use.

Staff were really friendly and helpful! And I really liked the light breakfast that they provided for free. Coin laundry machines are available on the first floor (no detergent required). Room was a little bit dusty but acceptable. Pillows were a bit soft but not an issue as you can request for more pillows. Would stay there again!

Overall is good. Price is reasonable and location is convenient, close to lot of restaurants and shops. Staffs are helpful. One downside is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Definitely will stay there again.

CONVENIENT

Convenient, I have recommended it to my friends already. Cho Bus from New Chitose (1,300 円) stopped right in front of the hotel. Next to Susukino Market. Ten minutes walk to Odori Park. Fifteen minutes walk to JR Station. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room is clean and quiet, cannot hear the street noise. I LOVE IT.
