The room size was reasonable for the price and suitable for two people staying for a short period. The single blanket was a bit small, and there was no hair comb provided. However, amenities such as tea powder, cream, and facial cleanser were available for guests to pick up on the lower floor. The food service was excellent — breakfast was included, and it could be packed in a box to enjoy in the room. The hotel is located near the Susukino intersection and very close to a subway entrance. The hotel feels new, bright, and safe, and the staff were helpful. Overall, it was good value for money.

Nice business hotel

Great location right by the night life. I wake up at 10am so usually miss the free breakfast. The rooms are cleaned day 4 and 8 so the other days they leave a towel bag on the door which is standard for JP business hotels. The coin laundry was cheap 200円 to wash and 100円 dry. The room was very clean and standard business hotels size. Washroom was a good size. Service staff was friendly. 3rd floor seemed to be smoke free. They had toyoko in sparkling water kn the vending machine for 110円.. but there wasn't much water inside. Overall enjoyed toyoko inn and will stay again when visiting susukino.

If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty.
