Free drink tickets from 17:30-21:00 and ice cream/ coffee free from 06:00-18:00. In Hokkaido, eating ice cream is wonderful thing to do for me.

ラウンジなどは綺麗でした。部屋もぱっと見綺麗でしたがベッドのヘッドボードのところに、どなたかが外して捨てた乾いたコンタクトレンズがあって気持ち悪かったです。

とてもシックで落ち着いた部屋でした。必要なアメニティも全て揃っていて助かりました。なんといってもソフトクリームとコーヒーが自由に食べられたのが、歩き回った疲れがとぶほど嬉しかったです。フロントの方もきびきびしていて親切でした。

チェックイン時、「空きがあるので」と、お部屋をワンランクグレードアップしていただけました！ 2人では持て余すくらい広いお部屋で、大変快適に過ごすことができましたし、ウェルカムドリンクとしてアルコール一杯サービスや、15時以降はコーヒーとソフトクリーム食べ飲み放題のサービスも嬉しく、綺麗なロビーで優雅な時間が過ごせました。繁華街からほど近いのに閑静で、近くにコンビニやセイコーマートもあって便利。駅やレンタカーもすぐ近くてとてもよかったです。また北海道行った際には利用させていただきたいです！

Top 2 best features we loved were accessibility and 3 connected beds; hotel was literally 10sec away from Tanukikoji roofed street where dining and shopping is super easy, and 3 single beds lined up really made sleeping lodging with a toddler super safe!!

Great hotel

Nice hotel, our room was very dark decor with low lighting. We had to use our head torch to check we hadn't forgotten anything on check out.

大通りやすすきのに近く大変便利です。スタッフの皆さんがとても優しいです。とても清潔で快適でした。目覚まし時計のアラーム音が大きくならない。この音量では起きれないと思う。

ウェルカムドリンク、ロビー横のカフェ、アイスクリーム無料サービスなど細かな気の利いたホテル。部屋がダーク調のため掃除が行き届かないところが気になった。コンセントも少ないため空気清浄機使用に困った。

陰毛が…

陰毛が布団に付いてて気持ち悪かったのと、枕ひっくり返したら小さい虫の死体がくっついてて最悪でした。夜中に気付いたので、荷物も解いちゃったし時間も遅いし、配慮して、出る時に言ったんですが、その時居た女性の反応がとても不愉快でした。

Generally nice with few minor comments

Generally it was nice and agree that it’s in a good location. It was neat and they gave us free drink coupons which we ended up not using. A few minor negative comments: They did not allow us to check in earlier than 3pm (though it was after 2pm). Though they did let us leave our suitcases. They don’t have a laundry room so I had to go to a public laundromat about 10 min away by walking. There are no outlet in the room except for the one that’s connecting the phone/tablet and one above your head by the bed which could not be reached without getting onto the bed. I think the design of the room was modern but a bit inconvenient.

連泊、特にビジネスには不向き

7月に新しくできたホテル。立地が良く価格が比較的手頃なので、試しに宿泊。照明は全体に暗く好みは分かれる。コンセントの数が少ないので、仕事ならタコ足かUSBハブ要持参。内線電話はなく専用のタブレットを使わねばならないが、その電源はベッドのヘッドボード内側にあるUSBソケットから取っているためUSBの出っ張りが枕にぶつかり落ち着かず。設計ミス、か。コインランドリー設置なし館内の設備案内がないためコインランドリーの場所を聞くと、設置していないので外に行ってもらうと言われるが、この近所にあった記憶がなく、わざわざ外に行くのもと思い諦める。クリーニング取次なしジャケット、パンツ、シャツ等のクリーニングが必要だがサービスをしていないと言われ、慌てて急遽外で探して持ち込む。フランスの田舎のホテルの様な経験。その他電子レンジなし。枕のタイプ交換不可。スタッフの服装カジュアルなのは結構だが、チェックアウト時、明らかに部屋着の様な姿の方が出てきてチェックアウト完了と伝えられ複雑な心境に。以上、ビジネスには向かず、プライベートも含め個人的にリピートはおろか、おすすめは出来ない。
