Sapporo Grand Hotel
Staff, services, location and cleanliness were all great. The rooms were smaller than expected even though opted for larger room. Overall a very positive experience including the executive lounge.

Front desk was amazing. We arrived before check in time and left the luggage with them and went out exploring. Even though there aren't top sights in Kotoni, you can explore the larger area and take in top sights like Sapporo Jyogai Market. Jump on the metro at Kotoni Station to see more of the city.
