"The staff were very friendy and responsive to all requests. There was a hockey tournament and the hotel was well managed. The hockey parents seemed to enjoy themselves responsibly and the hotel was very quiet by 8:30pm each night so that the rest of the guests could sleep early if necessary. "

We had no radio and had to pay for music to be played on the tv
And depending where your room is (ours was NOT sound proof
As I said, those were the ONLY things we could complain about

"for the price this was a good place to stay for our first trip to Montreal for a little winter fun- it had a simple equipped kitchen and lots of room and comfy couch and a Big screan TV for a few evenings in on the coldest nights. The TV seems to have been set to go on every night around 3:45 am so turn the volume down before you go to bed so it doesn't freak you awake. "
