"Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "
"Terrible property for 5 stars, smells like mold, there was no ac . They said is working and it was so hot in the room, the staff is extremely unfriendly- charge for coffee in the room also. No free parking and those bugs are everywhere upfront of hotel and inside, also balcony great view , but very old and huge spiders at night "
"This will be good in few years. Right now it's still lacking alot. There is constant construction , it's supposed to be utopia but there is floor making , huge trucks lugging dirt and most annoyingly there is a weird noise form the electric system in the yard . It isike an ancient Chinese torture every 45 sec or so you hear a 5 sec buzzing from the electric system.
The staff is trying hard and 50 percent are very nice but the rest are just constantly confused."

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving.
The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

Down sides from our 1night stay are:
1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving.
2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets before our two year old went out there.
3) cigarets left in the ashtray on our balcony.
4) The mattress in room 31 has collapsed and has a sunken hole in it.
This had ruined my back the next morning."
"The hotel itself is in an extension of the city and far away from any option to dine out. You are bound to the extremely limited menu offered in house. Not everything on the menu is something I would ever order and this reduces the options even more. In a one hour walking distance is no other restaurant. The beach is about 80 stairs down the property and very steep. The Black Sea is extremely dirty. This is not a proper beach-front property. I did wear a white SPEEDO T-shirt with UV protection into the sea... After I came out it was petrol damaged for good; this is how dirty the water is.I removed one star from the staff rating because the pool guard was very disrespectful for not using the "according" pool towel color. Reminded me of communist times... Will never book again."
