I never usually write reviews, but this hotel definitely deserves one. We had a really nice stay. There was plenty of space for parking, the rooms were cleaned well, and we got fresh towels every day, which was a nice touch. The biggest reason for the score is the staff and the hotel itself. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, and it really made the stay even better. Hats off to the team! The only small thing I’d mention is that some of the floorboards around the pool were a bit loose, so just watch your step. Apart from that, I honestly couldn’t fault the place and would happily stay here again.

Hotel was very nice and staff were very helpful and kind. Location was good aswell with walking distance to the port and saranda center. Also had good restaurants nearby. The prices at the hotel were much higher than local restaurants however and some days the music played by the pool was extremly high which ruined the experience. Breakfast was fine and but could also improve given it is a 4,5 star hotel. For example, very rarely was any bread available. Would be nice to also have some varition sometimes, it was always the same during our week. Overall a good hotel!

This the perfect getaway spot for vacation. My friend and I stayed for about a week and we had the most wonderful time. The entire staff was so friendly and the amenities such as the pool and private beach were picturesque. The beach strip was within walking distance but the hotel was far enough away from all the crowds. There was live music as well as wonderful music playing most of the day. The food and drinks were amazing as well as the rooms. Thank you to all the staff for making our time so lovely. A special shoutout to Raj the bartender and all the wait staff by the pool and beach. We hope to see you again!

Amazing stay, the property was well above expectations and the views were breathtaking. The room was lovely and very modern, it was well cleaned everyday. The breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of choice, the drinks from the bar were also lovely - special mention to Samuel who couldn’t have done more to help us throughout our stay going above and beyond to make sure we had any drinks we wanted and helping in any other way he could always with a smile on his face. Would definitely return.

Five star hotel price but 2-3 star service from the waiters. They also sometimes played music so loud in the pool / sunbed area during daytime that it was really annoying to be there. Request for the staff to make it a bit lower was ignored. Otherwise food was excellent and rooms were clean.

Breakfast did not have many options. Although this was supposedly a five-star resort, the overall experience did not feel like a five-star stay. The customer service was definitely the best part of the hotel, as the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room design was quite uncomfortable and impractical. The bed was positioned in a way that made getting in and out feel awkward, and the shower was only partially enclosed, causing water to spray onto the bathroom floor. The bedroom floors were also not properly maintained and had noticeable stains. There were also no robes provided in the rooms, which was surprising for a hotel advertised as five-star. Housekeeping was another issuesome of our rooms were cleaned while others were not, even though we had signs requesting service. Overall, the customer service was great, but the cleanliness, room design, amenities, and housekeeping did not meet what I would expect from a five-star resort.

We had a wonderful stay at San Angelo Luxury Resort. The whole resort is beautifully decorated, peaceful and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. The pool area is absolutely amazing and was one of our favourite parts of the hotel - beautiful, relaxing and very well maintained. Another huge plus is that the pool, restaurant and bar are open 24 hours, which we absolutely loved and made the stay feel even more relaxed and convenient. What really stood out was the service. The entire team were amazing - always friendly, helpful and attentive. A special mention to the reception team, who were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping was perfect throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless and very well looked after. We also had a fantastic experience at the spa. The facilities were beautiful and relaxing, and the Thai massage was amazing - definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is also fantastic. There are so many amazing restaurants, cafés and shops right outside the hotel, so everything you could need is within easy walking distance. Overall, San Angelo Luxury Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place with fantastic facilities, gorgeous pools and, most importantly, an amazing team who really make you feel looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

We can’t say enough great things about this place! The staff was exceptional. Hamza, Padma and the rest of the crew were so great. They took good care of us from start to finish! The food and drinks were divine, and the views from our room were amazing! Breakfast was phenomenal every day. Great location located close to everything within walking distance! We felt very safe. The cushions on the loungers and cabanas could be replaced, but everything else was truly wonderful and we would come back again. Thank you so much!!

The hotel has wonderful sea view and the hotel staff is good and helpful. Only disappointments was the hotel does not provide coffee sachets in the room, the bar was not open in the off peak season and also in the room, some or the other things was broken. Most importantly, Maniraj who is the bartender in the restaurant was amazing and very helpful. He has provided us excellent service.

The room was stunning, loved the sea view from our balcony. Breakfast was amazing and there was a wide variety of food choices. The staff made our experience even better! They were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We did stay at San Angelo during April- the low season- so the bar and restaurants were sadly not open yet. The spa also was not availabile yet, but we were able to use the sauna and jacuzzi- which was lovely. Overall having stayed in the low season, the hotel was very quiet and relaxing!
