"The property itself is very nice. Our air conditioner was not working well. I called the front desk who did send someone from facilities to look at it. I was told it was not keeping the room cool because a motion detector on the thermostat kept turning it off, even though we were in the room. The facilities person asked me if I wanted to have the air conditioning unit on continuously since it was rather warm in our room. I said that would be better than what was currently happening so he adjusted the unit so that it was constantly on with a temperature of 65 degrees. It ran continuously and never got close to 65 degrees. If I had to guess it bottomed out around 75 degrees which was okay, but much warmer than we liked. There are three (3) elevators that are mostly adequate except for the increased traffic at check in and check out. There is very limited parking near the entrance in order to check in and that was disappointing. A descent stay, but not what I am used to from the chain, especially for the price."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sonesta. The accommodations were comfortable, and everything was generally good. The only aspect I didn't particularly like was the housekeeping schedule, as rooms are cleaned every other day rather than daily. I would appreciate daily housekeeping, as I believe it makes a difference in the overall guest experience. Other than that, it was a good stay."
