Cold. Both literally and figuratively. New years weekend, the fireplace and wall the in the front lounge was never on, the fire pit, never on, the hot water in the room sink and shower freezing. No bellman, no luggage carts without have to hunt (without help). The front desk was confused about the rate, as a line trying to check in all found the rates excessive. Each day of our 3 day stay the card keys were deactivated. Front desk blamed the guests for putting cards near cell phones to “demagnetize” them. We didn’t - and the inconvenience each day made us feel unwanted. Heat in the rooms was either freezing or boiling. The facility was understaffed, without warmth or welcome - and damn expensive.
