    With spacious rooms, high-end finishes and furnishings, the home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bath, standalone office/work space, fully equipped open concept kitchen, spacious living space, and a finished basement with laundry room.

    Amenities include a finished basement with pool table. plus two porches.

    Two blocks away from North Broadway, this neighborhood is a great place for walks taking in the historic architecture. It is a residential, quiet neighborhood and very convenient to the shops and restaurants downtown. There is a playground two blocks away, Northside Playground.

Northside home

Beautiful house, well located. Quiet corner lot but only a couple blocks from Broadway. Walkable neighborhood. Very nice kitchen and living area downstairs with a quiet master upstairs. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive.
