The home features an open living space with cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi—perfect for streaming or remote work.

Enjoy inviting outdoor spaces to unwind after a day at the lake or the track, all in a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes to Browns Beach, 10 minutes to the Saratoga Race Course, and 12 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs.



About the Property:

The home features a fresh, modern lake-inspired feel with an open-concept main living area designed for comfort and connection. The living space includes a large, oversized sofa perfect for relaxing and a 50” Roku Smart TV. A breakfast bar opens into the kitchen, and the dining area comfortably seats up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for your stay, featuring both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, along with a dedicated coffee bar stocked with essentials including K-cups, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea—so mornings are easy and enjoyable.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the main level—the primary bedroom with a queen bed and a 40” TV with Roku, and a second bedroom with a full bed and a 32” Roku TV—plus a loft-style third bedroom upstairs with two full beds, making the layout ideal for families and groups. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for all guests.

The home is equipped with central air conditioning, along with an additional portable AC unit in the loft for added comfort.

Outside, enjoy the front deck with a propane grill, perfect for outdoor meals, as well as a private backyard featuring a new patio, updated landscaping, and a fire pit—ideal for relaxing after a day at the lake or track.

Parking: Space for up to three vehicles—two in the driveway and one permitted on the street beside the home.
