"We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."

"This hotel is close to the tram stop which was very convenient. The hotel looks newer and that is reflected in the rooms. The room was large for three people. Everything looked clean. Breakfast was extensive! There was coconut yogurt and almond milk for those that don't eat dairy."

"Room was clean, check in was smooth, the hotel pictures on Expedia did not reflect the condition of the hotel. The hotel was worn down The location was close to the train station which was a bonus but the area was not good for walking or eating choices The hotels near the river were in better locations and the food choices were much better.
