- Relax with the whole family at this peaceful ground floor condo in a gated community, only 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to downtown. Beautiful pool and green areas. Come to relax, enjoy the local pubs and eateries, beaches and the Guanacaste weather. Only 30 minutes drive from the Liberia airport.
The space offers 10ft ceilings, mini-split AC in every room (except washrooms) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep you cool and comfortable.
