Located on the second floor which gives you a great view of the pool from your balcony. At El Pueblito Shopping Center you will find a variety of restaurants and a small market where you can get fresh bread every morning.

This unit also allows you to enjoy a nice refreshing pool and BBQ area within the complex.

We are in constant contact with our guests to help with all their needs. We can communicate via text messaging while you are in the country if you have a smart phone and internet. The unit does have WiFi which you are able to access as well.

- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please, maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment. Please do not hang towels or clothes outside.

- Please, do not deposit toilet paper of any paper product in the toilet, as it can cause clogging. Instead, use the provided trashcans in the bathroom.

- Use the outside shower to rinse sand before showering inside or entering the pool.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over one week there is a $50 cap on electricity.

- Mandatory to enjoy your stay to the fullest and at least one sunset at the beach!
