This condo is walking distance to the beach (8 mins), many restaurants, and shopping.

In addition to Coco beach, you can easily reach many other famous beaches nearby such as Ocotal, Hermosa, Penca and more in the stunning Papagayo region. A great place to stay for easy access all around.
