Ocotal vs Coco

Vary nice property, much different from Coco Beach. You will need transportation to get to Coco. No matter what anyone tells you, stick to bottle water for drinking.

The place was great we had one issue with the AC,

It took 3 days to fix it and it was a disconfort because of the heat and humdity, but other than that things were ok the place needs to have cleaning tools and some repair tools fro emergencies. at least 1-hammer, 2-screwdrivers and 1-pliers, I could be able to fix the sink cloug problem, but without tolls, no can do

Good condo, questionable description and in my book very poor property manager

Great condo, very safe and good car park. Right next to pool and hot tub. Check-in was not smooth. They emailed door code, which was changed by property manager, and he decides to whatsapp me. 2 hrs before arrival (which ofcourse one won't see unlwas you know to look for it). Had to try a few diff things for about 25 mins in the dark before calling property manager(whose number had changed from original email...). Managed to get in after about 30 mins. Then the sofa bed. The property manager feels he doesn't have to respond to guest requests or answer calls once you are in the condo. I would rate him a 0/5. See another traveller's review on the property manager. I called vacasa and complained about bedding then he sent me extra linen for sofa bed at 10:30pm. Otherwise condo is fine except the description which says it is on level 2. It is on ground floor! The club at Coco is great and location is good as well. Just wish we had a better experience with property manager.

Very nice condo, super clean, good location, bad communication with property manager!

The condo is great, cozy pool for the few condos on promises which makes it very nice, the gate has a code that lets you in easily, the location is good not far from playas del coco, the only bad thing was the property Manager, Kevin, we messaged him to check for paid early check in as the instructions said, he never replied, once on the property the code for the lock was not the one on the instructions which we would know if he would at least reply, same happened for late checkout he didn’t even bother to answer!

Great Spot

The condo was very spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. We were close to town. A very nice area. Walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), there wasn't an ocean view but an ocean view was mostly up high in the hills and a very long walk to the beach. We preferred the closeness of the beach. We had issues with power outages - no power for 2 of our 10 days. There was a barbeque but it was shared with the whole complex (16 suites). Again not an issue as most people were eating out so we had the barbeque to ourselves for the most part.

We are already planning our next trip to The Cove. Thank you Vacasa for everything and we will for sure be booking with you guys again. The Cove is a perfect location and the access to the beach club and gym was a great plus

Casi perfecto

Todo en está empresa e instalaciones es genial y de la más alta calidad. Lamentablemente debemos mejorar o pensar en reemplazar al señor Adrián, ya que el mismo ni hace su trabajo miente , reta a pelear a los clientes cosas inexplicables por realizar mal su trabajo y tratar de evitar ser expuesto

The place is very good, although we had some issues for 3 days, that were resolved

The place is well taking care, the property manager was oustdanding Thanks Tatty, We had issues with the bathroon sink and the AC in living room/kitchen for 3 days that was really uncofortable, its was HOT and humide, hard to stay in livingroom are our daughter ended up sleeping with us for 2 night due to this issue other than that, the place is very nice.
