Step through the large sliding glass doors of the living room straight onto your patio, which features a private BBQ grill perfect for family cookouts. From your terrace, you’ll enjoy direct, immediate access to the beautiful community pool, surrounded by lounge chairs, a shared pavilion, and lush tropical gardens filled with mature trees that create an unforgettable jungle-like atmosphere.


CONTEMPORARY DESIGN & INDOOR COMFORT

The condo features a bright, stylish, open-concept living and dining area with clean, contemporary decor. Unwind on the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach and stream your favourite shows on the large Smart TV. To guarantee a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep, the bedrooms are TV-free. Full climate control is provided by three independent, high-powered air conditioning units (one in each bedroom and one in the main living area), complemented by high-speed 300 Mbps Wi-Fi—perfect for all your streaming and remote work needs.


BEDROOMS & INTELLIGENT LAYOUT

The layout comfortably accommodates 4 guests in beds, with the flexibility to accommodate up to 6 guests total:

- Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious king-size bed dressed in high-quality linens, a dedicated A/C unit, a spacious closet, and a private full en-suite bathroom with a double vanity.

- Second Bedroom: Equipped with two cosy twin/single beds, a dedicated A/C unit, and a spacious closet. This room offers extra floor space where a comfortable air mattress provided can be set up to accommodate a 5th and 6th guest (regardless of whether they are adults or children).

- Jack-and-Jill Bathroom: The second full bathroom features a convenient dual-access design, connecting directly to the second bedroom and to the main living area.

Note: Both bathrooms feature comfortable stand-up showers and hot water.


FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & IN-UNIT LAUNDRY

Designed for effortless short-term or extended stays, the sleek kitchen comes fully stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, and all necessary cookware (including specialised BBQ tools). To make your arrival seamless, we provide complimentary pantry essentials: coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. A private washing machine and dryer are also located right inside the condo for your convenience.
