Discover this magnificent new villa of 245 m², fully air-conditioned, located at the foot of the listed village of Sare, one of the ‘Most Beautiful Villages in France’, just 500 metres on foot from all amenities (shops, restaurants, doctors, dentist, pharmacy, etc.). Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 16 people.

Main features:

7 bedrooms (including 2 master suites on the ground floor with PRM access and 90 cm doors). 5 on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor.

All bedrooms have large wardrobes.

Saltwater swimming pool heated from May to September to around 28°C, with automatic dome for all-weather swimming and child safety.

5 bathrooms:

3 independent upstairs bathrooms: with walk-in shower only, 2 of the bathrooms have the WC inside, 3rd WC on the landing.

2 bathrooms on the ground floor: two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, baths and WCs, and a separate WC off the bathroom. And a separate WC for the two bedrooms at the entrance to the property.

A perfect villa in a perfect location

Pros: The hosts, Patricia and Yves were very friendly and accommodating. Their villa is exceptional, it has been built and equipped to the highest standards. They have provided sports and game’s equipment for all ages and the heated pool was wonderful, it was a nice change to go straight in without the shock of the temperature change. The village is within easy walking from the villa with cafes, bars and restaurants, although check the times/days they are open. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want and the outside furniture is also plentiful. The information provided by the hosts is second to none and have we have no hesitation in recommending this as one of the best places to stay in the area. Cons: We had only booked a week, should have booked two.
