Ground floor: 3 bedrooms, a gym and in addition a guest bathroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room opening onto a covered terrace of 65 m2 equipped with barbecue, table for 10 people and large living room. Several living spaces on the 3200 m2 surrounding the house: swimming pool, petanque court, living room overlooking the sea, paddles......
